Bingeasana is known for soft and delicious home-made cakes, much- loved shakes, fragrant bread, Italian gelatos, juices, coffees, teas, nut butters, and Coorg honey. All our offerings are made with carefully sourced premium ingredients, some of which are imported.
A child of the coffee plantations of Coorg, Shantala believes in the benefits of purity for robust good health and great taste.
Way back in 2007 she took a call and stepped out of a corporate career to pursue her twin passions of yoga and food. Today she is an advanced yoga instructor with the titles of 'Shiromani' and 'Acharya'.
She's highly aware of the pit falls of the busy lifestyle, having been there herself among the corporate set. Their lack of time to exercise or plan a healthy diet, or even breathe properly. Turning to yoga and making wholesome food for the family was a conscious decision.
